About the Role

AMS International UAE is seeking a Product Specialist (Radiology Solutions/PACS) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves driving sales strategies and managing client relationships within the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the KSA healthcare industry.
• Provide insights and recommendations for new product or service opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales within the KSA market.
• Demonstrated sales experience in RIS/PACS and related technologies is required.
• Strong understanding of the KSA healthcare industry, including key players, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
• A valid driving license is mandatory for this position.
