Production Engineer

About the Role

Jubaili Bros is seeking a Production Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to technical standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a related engineering field.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise the assembly and manufacturing of units, working closely with the production team.
• Inspect units during and after production to ensure they meet required technical and quality standards.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Utilize AutoCAD to review and prepare technical drawings as required.
• Develop and modify machine programming and PC-based programs for production equipment.
• Support troubleshooting and resolve technical or production-related issues.
• Inspect incoming materials and components to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Conduct and monitor welding tests, ensuring welding quality meets required standards.
• Perform testing and inspection of completed units before final delivery.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address quality, technical, and production issues.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and testing records.
• Ensure production activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or a related engineering role.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of machine programming and PC-based programming.
• Experience with production inspection, material quality checks, and testing procedures.
• Knowledge of welding processes and welding quality inspection is an advantage.
