About the Role

Alashoury industry is seeking a Production Planning Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive production schedules for steel fabrication projects. The role requires a professional with extensive experience in production planning within the steel fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive production schedules for steel fabrication projects, ensuring a balance between plant capacity and order priorities.
• Analyze current and future workloads to evaluate manufacturing capacity, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions to maximize output and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, inventory control, and supply chain teams to ensure raw materials and components are available precisely when needed.
• Monitor project milestones and production progress to guarantee on-time delivery while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in steel fabrication and production planning.

Work Environment
