Mama Bakes is expanding its operations and is seeking to hire a Professional Cake Artist / Cake Decorator. The company is looking for a talented, creative, and experienced individual to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Role

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Riyadh. The Cake Artist / Cake Decorator will be responsible for creating custom cakes and translating customer design references into professional-quality products. The role requires a passion for cake artistry and precision in execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and decorate custom cakes for various occasions, including birthdays, weddings, celebrations, and special events.
• Work proficiently with buttercream, fondant, piping, sugar craft, royal icing, edible decorations, and 3D sculpting techniques.
• Accurately recreate customer reference designs while maintaining high-quality finishing standards.
• Prepare cake layers, fillings, frostings, and other components as required.
• Assemble and structure tiered and 3D cakes safely and professionally.
• Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, portioning, and finishing of all products.
• Manage multiple custom orders and meet production deadlines effectively.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and organization within the workplace.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and contribute ideas for new and seasonal designs.
• Stay updated with modern cake decorating trends and techniques.
