We are seeking a Remote Operations Professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, internally titled Field Operations Specialist - Remote Operations, supports completions operations from one of our onshore remote operation centers.

Role Overview

As a Remote Operations Professional, you will ensure that job execution is in full compliance with customer contract requirements by strictly adhering to the Managing the Job Cycle process. You will serve as the primary communication link, sharing job details, monitoring tool performance, and providing real-time work instructions to Region and Field Specialists when needed. Additionally, this role involves overseeing all operational steps, remotely monitoring daily well site activities, and delivering technical support both before and after operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (eMtJC) process.
  • Execute and direct well site activities in real-time from the remote hub location.
  • Execute the operational plan in accordance with the approved program.
  • Cascade all operational decisions and updates from the well site to all involved parties.
  • Engage with responsible focal points to determine appropriate actions.
  • Provide adequate connection to Product Line and AMO Support as needed.

Key Operational Duties

  • Conduct business in accordance with company HSE and compliance expectations.
  • Coordinate with Operations regarding job timing, pre-job planning (including participating in pre-job meetings, reviewing procedures, and reviewing simulations), and real-time data monitoring of job execution.
  • Provide daily oversight on job progress at the well site prior to job execution, including reviewing field reports daily and obtaining job status updates from the customer and/or operations.
  • Identify potential issues and address or elevate them as necessary.
  • Take calls from well sites on technical issues and communicate regularly with Operations Coordinators.
  • Evaluate job information to prepare Post-Job Reports for delivery to the Customer, capturing lessons learned and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support peer reviews of critical job designs per sub-product line requirement.
  • Provide support throughout the job cycle, specifically during operational readiness and execution phases.
  • Support reliability and service delivery in incident investigation and implementation of root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Work Schedule and Environment

This role involves a rotational schedule with 12-hour shifts, balanced by generous time off. The position requires availability to provide 24/7 support, especially for critical operations, and is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
