About the Opportunity

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Project Accounting Manager – Project Costing & Management for an immediate opening with our client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position focused on critical financial oversight for projects.

Role Overview

The Project Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of project costing and financial management. This role involves comprehensive oversight from initial planning and budgeting through to financial reporting and governance, ensuring effective control over project expenditures and financial performance.

Key Focus Areas and Responsibilities

• Conducting project cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Monitoring project expenditures, commitments, and cash flows to ensure financial health.
• Performing cost variance analysis and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Preparing project financial reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders.
• Executing Cost-to-Complete (CTC), Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), and lifecycle cost analysis.
• Managing financial governance, project funding, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) processes.

Location and Employment Type

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is offered on a contract basis.
