The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within established timelines, and according to scope and budget.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator provides essential support to project managers and teams. This includes organizing schedules, monitoring progress, managing project documentation, and facilitating effective communication among all project stakeholders. The role is critical for maintaining project flow and addressing potential issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities, resources, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, progress trackers, and task lists.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record minutes and action items.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, contracts, and change logs.
• Prepare comprehensive status reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Provide support for procurement, onboarding processes, and logistics as required.
• Ensure all work adheres to company procedures and established quality standards.

• This role is open to Saudi Nationals.
• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Location and Work Type
