Project Delivery Manager Data Center

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Delivery Manager - Data Center to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data center projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality execution aligned with program objectives and commissioning requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all project phases.
• Manage a multi-package delivery model involving EPCs, design consultants, and specialist contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Uptime Institute Tier III/IV standards and client-specific technical requirements.
• Oversee project controls, risk management, and governance reporting.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with clients, authorities, utilities, and internal leadership.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost KPIs.
• Support value engineering, change management, and claims resolution.
• Ensure readiness for commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and operational handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in project and program management.
• At least 10 years of experience in mission-critical or data center environments.
• Proven experience in the delivery of large-scale, complex infrastructure or hyperscale data center projects.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of MEP systems, utility coordination, commissioning, and Tier certification processes.
• Exceptional team leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.

Desired Skills

• Experience delivering projects in the Middle East or similar regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with fast-track delivery models and digital project controls.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management expertise.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a team focused on delivering critical infrastructure projects.
