Overview of the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Project Director (Roads) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in road infrastructure, responsible for managing large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and direct multidisciplinary teams in the successful delivery of rail projects.
• Manage all aspects of project execution, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost control, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients, enhancing AtkinsRéalis' reputation and identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Oversee the coordination and management of large-scale infrastructure projects, focusing on public realm, enabling works, and building assets.
• Ensure resource allocation meets current and future project demands, maximizing operational efficiency.
• Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety on all construction activities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess over 20 years of experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of delivering high-profile, large-scale infrastructure projects. A strong background in road infrastructure is essential.
