About the Opportunity

A leading real estate development company is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a landmark high-rise tower project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring successful delivery while achieving project objectives related to schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution and successful delivery of a major high-rise tower project.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, government authorities, and key project stakeholders.
• Direct and manage all project functions, including Construction, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, HSE, Logistics, and Administration.
• Coordinate with relevant government authorities to obtain required permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Chair project progress meetings, monitor critical milestones, and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, Saudi Labor Law, and all applicable local regulations.
• Identify and manage project risks while resolving commercial and operational challenges.
• Oversee project resource planning, mobilization of personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular executive reports on project progress, risks, financial performance, and forecasts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale construction projects from inception through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement principles.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project leadership roles within the construction industry.
• Previous experience working with major developers or Tier-1 contractors in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
