Project Engineer HV /EHV Substations

About the Role

Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is seeking a Project Engineer HV / EHV Substations to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the execution of high and extra-high voltage substation projects, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved project execution plans and time schedules, providing regular reports to the Site Manager.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports to the Project Manager, ensuring data validity and accuracy.
• Identify and report any deviations from the project baseline to the Site Manager on a monthly basis.
• Monitor project site activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, safety and quality standards, regulations, and internal audit comments.
• Track project progress and performance, ensuring efficient and effective quantity surveying.
• Account for health, safety, environmental (HSE) protection, and overall housekeeping at the project site.
• Identify potential problems and evaluate alternative solutions to achieve project goals effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project engineering, specifically within HV / EHV Substations. A strong understanding of project execution, reporting, and site management is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active involvement in project site activities and close collaboration with site and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
