About the Role

A Global Engineering & Construction Contractor is seeking a Project Lead / Senior Project Manager – Data Centers to join its core project delivery team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This full-time position is part of a significant regional expansion driven by recent project awards and a commitment to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The role involves leading complex, high-tech construction projects, primarily focusing on data centers.

Role Context and Impact

Reporting to the GCC DC Project Director, this position is instrumental in shaping project delivery frameworks and operations for the new Riyadh team. The Project Lead / Senior Project Manager will engage directly with live, complex projects, combining hands-on technical responsibilities with strategic influence in a foundational stage of regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-tech construction projects, including data centers, semiconductors, and biotech facilities, from inception through to handover.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of project delivery frameworks, standard operating procedures, and best practices for the Riyadh core team.
• Guide and mentor project teams, supporting their growth in alignment with company objectives.
• Manage relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and internal global stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with Vision 2030 objectives.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, technical compliance, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management within the engineering and construction sector.
• Demonstrated experience with complex, high-tech construction projects, particularly data centers.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contribute to operational strategy.
