Project Manager CX

About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager CX to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading and managing customer experience projects from initiation through completion. The Project Manager CX will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and customer experience objectives.

Role Overview

The Project Manager CX will oversee the entire lifecycle of customer experience projects. This includes developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and monitoring progress to identify opportunities for improvement. The role requires a focus on delivering projects that enhance customer journeys and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CX projects from the planning phase through to implementation.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys and improve service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP or a relevant certification is considered an advantage.
• Experience required: 0-1 years.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a collaborative environment, coordinating with various internal and external teams to achieve project goals.
