Project Manager Enterprise GRC Solution Implementation

About the Role

Ahlan Cyber is seeking a Project Manager for Enterprise GRC Solution Implementation to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions within an enterprise environment, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on enterprise GRC platforms such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow IRM/GRC, or MetricStream (IBM OpenPages, SAP GRC, LogicGate are also acceptable).
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams (risk, BCM, cyber, compliance) and the technical implementation team.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into platform workflows.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and secure sign-off for implemented solutions.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience working on GRC automation platforms.
• Solid understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Exposure to Gulf/KSA regulatory frameworks (SAMA, NCA, CBB) is an advantage.

Work Location

This is an onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates already residing in KSA with a transferable iqama are preferred.
