Project Manager Saudization Programme

About the Role

eMagine Solutions is partnering with a leading organization to recruit a Project Manager for a high-priority Saudization Programme. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional capable of delivering structured programs within complex operational environments, specifically in critical infrastructure, transport, or aviation settings. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing senior stakeholders and ensuring successful program delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the program, including scope definition, planning, milestone tracking, resource allocation, budget management, and governance.
• Drive cross-functional execution with internal teams and external partners to meet agreed timelines and outcomes.
• Manage project controls, including the RAID log, action items, change control, dependency tracking, and decision records.
• Conduct regular stakeholder cadences, such as workshops, steering meetings, and progress reviews, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Produce clear and concise reports for senior stakeholders on program progress, identified risks, mitigation strategies, and next steps.
• Ensure program delivery adheres to local requirements, internal standards, and operational realities within regulated environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in delivering complex programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Experience operating in critical infrastructure, transport, or aviation sectors.
• Proficiency in running structured delivery across multiple workstreams.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with multi-site operations, access-controlled environments, or safety-critical programs.
• Exposure to vendor management and delivery with international teams.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates may also be considered from Jeddah.
