About the Role

Global Blue is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience who will be responsible for leading projects from initial planning through to implementation and handover, ensuring successful delivery across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, encompassing planning, implementation, and handover phases.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, and other business units.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including government entities when necessary.
• Analyze business and financial data to inform and support decision-making.
• Drive initiatives focused on process improvements and change management.
• Communicate project progress and provide key updates to senior management.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within defined scope, and to a high standard of quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• Strong experience in managing cross-functional projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience with project management tools; familiarity with Salesforce or MicroStrategy is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential.
• Experience within FinTech, Financial Services, Payments, or Operations sectors is highly preferred.
