Project Manager

About the Role

Compass Project Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading and managing complex projects within the mixed-use and hospitality sectors. The role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in project management.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from their initial planning and design phases through to construction, delivery, and final handover. This involves ensuring all aspects of project execution align with established objectives and standards, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining financial and operational control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mixed-use and hospitality projects from planning and design through construction, delivery, and handover.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall performance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with developers, client representatives, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project planning, progress monitoring, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, tendering, and contract administration in line with project requirements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, variations, and change management to maintain financial control.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Lead project meetings, provide regular progress reports, and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation measures to senior management and clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, optimize resources, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure effective coordination between all project stakeholders and timely resolution of technical, commercial, and operational issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading mixed-use and hospitality projects.
