Project Manager

About the Role

Our client, a Global Events & Experiential Agency, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves planning, managing, and delivering large-scale international events, conferences, summits, and experiential projects from concept through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver large-scale international events, conferences, summits, and experiential projects from concept through to execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, production teams, creative teams, venues, and other external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, action trackers, and project documentation.
• Manage suppliers and partners, including briefing, coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support onsite event delivery and manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Project Management, Event Management, Event Production, or Experiential Marketing.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale events, conferences, summits, forums, festivals, or corporate events.
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, from planning through to onsite execution.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills, with the ability to work with senior-level clients and partners.
• Experience working on government, sports, entertainment, corporate, or high-profile international events is a strong advantage.
