About Milliman and the Project Manager Role

Milliman is seeking a Project Manager to join its office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project management, particularly within a consulting environment. The role involves managing local projects, engaging with clients, and supporting regional business development initiatives.

Role Overview and Context

Based in Riyadh, the Project Manager will be responsible for local project management, serving as a key liaison with local clients and various government entities. The role also involves supporting proposal development, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and contributing to regional sales initiatives for Milliman’s products across the Middle East and GCC region. The successful candidate will support consulting work delivered to clients throughout the Middle East and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and tracking of project plans, timelines, and budgets to align with client objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project components.
• Support project scope definition, deliverables, and milestone tracking, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Develop and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for project updates, client meetings, and internal reviews.
• Assist with stakeholder communications, ensuring clarity in project timelines, deliverables, and any changes.
• Address client and team inquiries with timely responses and data-supported insights, focusing on clear communication.

Technical and Analytical Support

• Assist with actuarial data analysis, financial modeling, and data presentation to support consulting project goals.
• Coordinate with actuarial and consulting teams to validate assumptions and track progress.
• Prepare supporting documentation for project findings, analysis, and regulatory reports as needed.
• Design and produce client-facing PowerPoint presentations with a strong emphasis on visual clarity, professionalism, and storytelling.
• Simplify complex actuarial data and analyses into accessible, visually appealing slides that communicate key insights effectively.
• Continuously improve presentation templates and visual standards, ensuring alignment with brand and client expectations.

Quality Assurance and Process Improvement

• Maintain high standards for project documentation, quality control, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize data collection, analysis, and presentation processes, enhancing project efficiency.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, assisting with project documentation and the sharing of best practices.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within a consulting environment. This position is open to Saudi Nationals, who will be based in Milliman’s Riyadh office and support clients across the Middle East and GCC region.
