The Role: Project Manager

Eventum Middle East is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position where the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of various events and exhibition projects, including live events, activations, and engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and budgets for events and exhibitions.
• Execute and coordinate internal teams and external partners involved in project delivery.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage logistics, monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Prepare comprehensive status reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes and client service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery, aligning with both client expectations and company objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within the events, exhibitions, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external partners efficiently.

Work Environment and Location

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Riyadh. The Project Manager will work directly from the company's premises, engaging in direct collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure project success.
