About the Project Manager Role

Sana Tourism Company, a Saudi Destination Management Company specializing in comprehensive tourism solutions and integrated travel experiences for corporate clients, MICE events, B2B partnerships, and premium leisure travelers, is seeking a Project Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be passionate, commercially driven, and energetic to join our growing team.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, handover, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budgets, schedules, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely delivery within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage all project-related activities through the Saudi Government Etimad Platform, including preparing and submitting tender documents, technical/financial proposals, and monitoring contract awards and payment requests in compliance with government regulations.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, delegate responsibilities, and coordinate effectively with internal departments, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, forecast budgets, and manage cash flow. Identify and mitigate potential risks through timely implementation of corrective action plans.
• Administer project scope changes, variation orders, claims, and procurement coordination, while overseeing contractor performance.
• Prepare and present executive dashboards, progress updates, and project documentation to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a preference for exposure to large-scale events, corporate tourism, MICE, or complex operations.
• In-depth operational knowledge and hands-on experience with the Saudi Government Etimad Platform and government procurement processes.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional leadership, risk management, financial acumen, contract administration, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong professional network within Riyadh is preferred.
• A PMP certification is considered a strong asset.
