About the Project Supervisor Role

Al Majed *** is seeking a Project Supervisor to manage project governance, reporting, and controls across its project portfolio. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves structuring and enhancing visibility into how projects are planned, prioritized, tracked, and delivered within a multi-branch consumer business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement project governance, standards, and controls across the portfolio.
• Prepare and maintain portfolio reports for management, detailing progress, risks, and milestones.
• Classify and prioritize projects based on business impact and capacity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel to provide real-time visibility to leadership.
• Create and maintain project methodologies, templates, and tools, ensuring consistent application by teams.
• Monitor risks, issues, and milestones, escalating concerns promptly and following up on corrective actions.
• Analyze project data to support planning and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure project alignment with company priorities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in project portfolio management and reporting, project governance and controls, project planning, and data analysis.
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Luxury/Beauty/Fragrance, E-commerce, Logistics/Supply Chain, Multi-Branch Consumer Businesses, Digital Transformation/Technology.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, with the ability to develop practical templates and processes.
• PMP or equivalent certification is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic multi-branch consumer business environment.
