Projects Training and Change Management Expert

About the Role

Hill International (KSA) is seeking a Projects Training and Change Management Expert to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing training programs and leading change management initiatives for water and wastewater projects. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training strategies, plans, and curricula specifically for project teams and stakeholders involved in water and wastewater projects.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and job aids, to enhance project management skills.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations on project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Lead change management initiatives to foster awareness, understanding, and acceptance of project-related changes within the organization.
• Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement tactics to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Maintain a repository of training resources, FAQs, and user guides for project-related information.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and change management interventions using feedback mechanisms, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and training stakeholders to align training objectives with project goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external training providers, vendors, and consultants for training delivery and content development.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in projects training and change management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on critical water and wastewater projects. The role involves working collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.
