Projects Training and Change Management Expert

About the Role

HILL INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Projects Training and Change Management Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing training programs and change management strategies specifically for water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training strategies, plans, and curricula tailored to project teams and stakeholders involved in water and wastewater projects.
• Design and deliver training materials, modules, and resources, including e-learning courses, workshops, and job aids, to enhance project management skills.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations on project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions to promote knowledge transfer, skill acquisition, and competency development.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive awareness, understanding, and acceptance of project-related changes within the organization.
• Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement tactics to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Develop and maintain a repository of training resources, FAQs, and user guides for project-related information and support.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and change management interventions through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Analyze training outcomes and identify areas for improvement to continuously enhance the quality and impact of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and training stakeholders to align training objectives with project goals and priorities.
• Coordinate with internal and external training providers, vendors, and consultants for training delivery and content development.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
• Proven experience in leading and managing change initiatives within an organizational context.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
