Projects Training and Change Management Expert

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Projects Training and Change Management Expert to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and delivering training programs and leading change management initiatives for water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training strategies, plans, and curricula tailored for project teams and stakeholders involved in water and wastewater projects.
• Design and deliver training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and job aids, to enhance project management skills.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations to educate project team members on project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions to promote knowledge transfer and skill acquisition.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive awareness, understanding, and acceptance of project-related changes.
• Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement tactics to support the adoption of new processes and systems.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing.
• Develop and maintain a repository of training resources, FAQs, and user guides.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and change management interventions through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
• Analyze training outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and training stakeholders to align training objectives with project goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external training providers, vendors, and consultants for training delivery and content development.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in projects training and change management.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing training programs.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives within an organizational context.
• Experience in water and wastewater projects is preferred.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The role involves working with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
