About the Role: PSAB BOSS Lodging Lead
KBR, Inc. is seeking a PSAB BOSS: Lodging Lead to join its team in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to the KBR PSAB Program, which delivers comprehensive Base Operating Support-Installation (BOS-I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The program supports the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel, extending services to five remote Army sites within PSAB.
The Lodging Lead will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the lodging program and all associated tasks, ensuring room assignments strictly adhere to AFCENT and local policies regarding grade and gender. This role requires 0-1 year of experience.
Responsibilities
The Lodging Lead will perform a range of duties essential to the efficient operation of the lodging program at Prince Sultan Air Base. Key responsibilities include:
- Implement and maintain the lodging program and all associated tasks, ensuring strict adherence to AFCENT and local policies for room assignments based on grade and gender.
- Manage personnel accountability, conduct occupancy checks of all lodging facilities and vacant spaces, and report occupied/reserved bed spaces to the KBR Management team.
- Oversee transient spaces and utilize CQMAP or an equivalent automated tracking system for effective space utilization.
- Conduct lodging front desk operations, including checking personnel in and out using workstations equipped with CQMAP software or an equivalent CDLTS ** of the time.
- Coordinate with PERSCO as needed and collaborate with the 378th EFSS on anticipated inbound/outbound personnel movements.
- Manage lodging supply and furniture inventories.
- Handle shift pass-down information and create operational plans for major rotation periods in April and October.
- Work effectively with Unit Lodging Representatives (ULRs).
- Manage all personnel assigned to Lodging, including other country national (OCN) personnel.
- Function as an integral team member, cooperating with and supporting * deployed forces and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), sharing information with other integral team members as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support mission readiness and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 year of relevant experience is required for this role.
- Proficiency in utilizing automated tracking systems such as CQMAP or equivalent is essential.
- Ability to understand and apply AFCENT and local policies for lodging assignments.
- Strong organizational skills for managing inventories, personnel accountability, and operational planning.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for interacting with various units and management.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The work environment for this position will involve both indoor and outdoor settings. Employees may be exposed to heat, cold, dust, noise, and chemicals. Overtime and shift work may be required based on contractual needs, along with occasional to frequent travel. The role necessitates compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations, published Company work rules, and written instructions. Task-specific work environment training may be provided, and the employee must be prepared to function in a wartime or contingency environment to support * interests.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 lbs individually and team lifting up to 50 lbs. The role may involve climbing, extended sitting or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending. Day-to-day activities may include standard office tasks such as sitting/standing for extended periods, attending meetings, repetitive use of a keyboard and mouse, and frequently lifting and carrying less than 20 lbs. Moderate physical exertion, including walking to operating areas and upstairs, is expected. The use and wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, and Individual Protective Equipment (IPE) may be required. Equipment used includes Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptops, and other communication devices.
