The Role: QA Engineer

***** is expanding its Quality Assurance team with the addition of two QA Engineers. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, focuses on enhancing the quality of the company's products and accelerating the time to market for new features and updates. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring that all software releases meet stringent quality standards and are as error-free as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements clarification through to post-deployment regression testing.
• Conduct manual testing of changes implemented during each sprint cycle.
• Actively attend and contribute to agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Ensure that all released software is free from errors and adheres to defined quality requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A strong engineering degree providing considerable breadth and depth of software QA knowledge.
• At least 4 years of software Quality Assurance experience.
• Demonstrated experience in testing web-based applications and APIs.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills, essential for a QA role.
• Reasonable experience working with SQL and Command Line Interfaces (CLIs).

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within an agile development framework, collaborating closely with development teams and other stakeholders to maintain high product quality.
