QA/QC Engineer (Site Supervision)

About the Role

Omrania is seeking a detail-oriented and professional QA/QC Engineer (Site Supervision) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities on-site, ensuring that all work adheres to established standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will supervise QA/QC operations, conduct inspections, and maintain comprehensive documentation, collaborating with project teams to uphold high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site quality assurance and quality control inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Supervise and coordinate QA/QC personnel and activities to ensure consistent quality management across all project phases.
• Perform testing and inspections using appropriate methodologies and equipment, documenting all findings and results.
• Analyze inspection data and test results to identify quality issues, deviations, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation, maintaining organized records of all QA/QC activities.
• Communicate quality findings, concerns, and recommendations to project management and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality management systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
• Investigate quality discrepancies and collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and verify that corrective actions are effectively implemented and documented.
• Maintain professional relationships with contractors, suppliers, and project team members to support quality objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in QA/QC inspection and site-based quality control activities.
• Proven experience in site supervision or supervisory roles within construction, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and specifications relevant to the industry.
• Proficiency in quality testing and inspection methodologies and procedures.
• Excellent technical documentation and report writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify quality issues with precision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with inspection tools, equipment, and quality management software.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in identifying and resolving quality concerns.
