About the QC Leather Goods Assistant Role

The Luxury Closet is seeking a QC Leather Goods Assistant in Riyadh. This full-time role requires candidates with 0-1 years of experience in handling luxury leather goods within a quality control environment. The position involves precise inspection of leather items such as bags, shoes, and accessories, requiring a strong eye for detail and a solid technical understanding of leather materials and product construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Review all incoming leather goods, including bags, shoes, and accessories, according to defined QC guidelines to determine acceptable and unacceptable conditions.
• Inspect product quality with high attention to detail, focusing on leather type, stitching, construction, hardware, and overall finishing.
• Apply knowledge of luxury leather goods, manufacturing processes, or shoe cobbling to assess craftsmanship and product standards.
• Measure, clean, prepare, and accurately record detailed product specifications and condition reports.
• Assist Authenticators with authenticity checks and quality evaluation of luxury leather items.
• Support internal teams in addressing client queries related to product condition and grading standards.
• Maintain seamless coordination with cross-functional teams, including photography, content, and customer service.
• Assist in developing and maintaining condition grading guidelines and quality benchmarks for leather goods.
• Ensure proper handling, care, and storage of all products during inspection and processing.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 0-1 years in handling luxury leather goods within a quality control environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong eye for detail and ability to review products with precision and care.
• Good technical understanding of leather materials, product construction, stitching, and finishing.
• Reliable, quick learner, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
