QC INSPECTOR

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a QC Inspector to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring product quality throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Check Job First Time (JFT) and raw materials before production commences.
• Perform QC production start-up and online inspections.
• Separate nonconforming materials using HOLD tags and release conforming materials with QC PASSED tags.
• Verify that HOLD materials are scrapped according to QA unit head recommendations and operational approval.
• Collect appropriate samples for job jacket preparation upon each new order printing/production.
• Report daily inspection sheets to the Unit Head.
• Handover shifts through the logbook to the next shift.
• Directly report non-conformance to the Unit Head and follow up on corrective actions.
• Notify the Shift Supervisor and machine crew about non-conforming products.
• Conduct Finished Goods (FG) shipping inspections upon each shipping loading and provide clearance upon conformance.

Authorities

• Approve the first piece production of a job order.
• Hold production on any machine due to non-conformity of a product.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to perform detailed quality control inspections.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with production teams and unit heads to maintain quality standards.
