The Role: Quality Assurance Assistant Manager

As a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, you will support the Digital Quality Assurance (DQA) function within a significant infrastructure project. This full-time position focuses on ensuring documentation compliance, managing schedules, and assisting with risk management and reporting for the DQA team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming Aconex workflows to verify that DQA Audit submittals meet documentation requirements, forms, and templates, ensuring no missing information.
• Manage and update DQA 6-month lookahead schedules and DQA trackers.
• Support the DQA team with resource planning and risk management by monitoring the status of expected submittals and flagging potential overlaps or large submissions in advance.
• Monitor the progress of DQA Audits and provide support to technical reviewers in setting up workshops or tracking missing information.
• Report to the DQA Director on potential delays or rejections, and assist with weekly and monthly reporting updates.
• Support the DQA technical audit team in checking contract scopes and deliverables to ensure the completeness of submissions.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position are expected to have 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
