About the Senior Quality Assurance Manager Role

Mace Group is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This part-time position requires over 10 years of experience in quality assurance, focusing on large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will contribute to a significant new build airport project in Saudi Arabia, which is designed to establish a global benchmark for aviation experience.

Project Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work on a major new build airport project in Saudi Arabia. This ambitious project aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 and is set to redefine global aviation standards. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed comparisons of Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications against final contract technical specifications and Purchase Order (PO) content, including inspection level requirements and contract scope.
• Validate the inclusion of Non-Conformance Report (NCR) reporting timelines, such as 48-hour response, 7-day corrective plan, and 14-day closure, along with escalation and on-hold supplier clauses, inspection notification timelines, and special process approval requirements.
• Ensure that all document references, drawings, codes, and attachments reflect the latest revisions.
• Track and report any mismatches in specification revisions.
• Maintain a standardized Quality Clause Library, ensuring alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) X and relevant governance documents.
• Support the integration of new clauses based on regulatory updates or lessons learned.
• Maintain a compliance matrix to track findings from pre-award reviews.
• Coordinate with Procurement and the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) Lead to address and close documentation gaps before contract award.
• Support audit readiness initiatives and ensure compliance with document retention requirements.
• Provide technical expertise to support Mace’s transition towards net zero carbon objectives.
