About the Role

Takamol Holding is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves designing and executing tests to ensure software functionality, performance, reliability, and usability. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and resolving quality issues to ensure digital solutions meet defined standards and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute manual and automated tests, performing functional, regression, integration, and other applicable testing.
Design, maintain, and update test cases and scenarios based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects, and review requirements for gaps, ambiguity, and quality risks.
Contribute to test planning, scenario and test-data selection, and testing-effort estimates.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve quality issues.
Maintain test documentation and communicate testing progress, results, defects, and risks.

Key Deliverables

Complete test cases and scenarios aligned with requirements and acceptance criteria, including documented execution results and evidence.
Traceable defect reports with reproduction steps, severity, supporting evidence, and relevant logs, along with verified fixes with retest and regression results.
Completed testing within planned timelines and updated coverage with scenarios, edge cases, and requirement gaps.
Accurate traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and results, and status reports covering progress, blockers, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field. A strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively with various teams including development, business analysis, and product teams to ensure high-quality digital solutions.
