The Role: Quantity Surveyor

Cooperman & Goldberg is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage project costs comprehensively, from the initial estimate through to project completion, ensuring both value for money and strict adherence to established budgets. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects.
• Conduct detailed cost analyses to inform project planning and execution.
• Manage project budgets effectively, monitoring expenditure against forecasts.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency across all stages of construction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as RICS, are considered an advantage.
