Real Estate Investment Analyst

About the Role

Abdullah Abdulaziz AlRajhi & Sons Holding is seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities within the real estate sector, preparing financial and investment studies to determine the feasibility of proposed investments, and assessing their returns and risks.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to provide information and analyses that support investment decision-making. The analyst will contribute to maximizing asset value and achieving targeted returns in line with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Study and analyze real estate investment opportunities and assess their suitability for the company's investment goals and strategy.
2. Prepare financial and economic studies for real estate projects and investment opportunities, identifying capital costs, operating costs, and expected revenues.
3. Analyze projected cash flows, prepare financial forecasts, and calculate return and profitability indicators for each investment opportunity.
4. Develop integrated financial models to study investment scenarios and measure the impact of economic and operational variables on investment outcomes.
5. Analyze risks associated with investment opportunities, identify factors affecting expected returns, and propose appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
6. Monitor developments in the real estate market, identify new investment opportunities, and analyze trends in prices, rents, and demand.
7. Participate in due diligence processes for investment opportunities, coordinating with relevant departments and consultants.
8. Calculate investment performance indicators such as Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Return on Investment (ROI).
9. Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment analysis. The company is seeking candidates with 2-5 years of experience.
