We are a company specializing in property management and residential leasing, seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Marketing & Leasing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Market residential units through photography, content creation, and online advertising.

Attract new property owners to manage their properties with the company.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

Follow up with prospective tenants and convert inquiries into signed lease agreements.

Prepare, document, and process lease contracts through the Ejar platform.

Monitor lease agreements, renewals, expirations, and related documentation.

Follow up on rent collections and coordinate with tenants regarding outstanding payments.

Coordinate with property owners and tenants throughout the leasing process.

Prepare periodic marketing and sales performance reports.

Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve marketing results and occupancy rates.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing and online advertising.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and paid advertising tools.

Excellent advertising copywriting and content creation skills.

Previous experience in the real estate industry.

Good knowledge of the Ejar platform and lease contract procedures.

Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
