The Role of Leasing & Tenant Relations Specialist

Abdulmohsen Al-Rossais & Sons Group Company is seeking a Leasing & Tenant Relations Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to manage the complete tenant journey, from initial inquiry through lease renewal or move-out. The specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient leasing processes and positive tenant experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing process, including receiving inquiries, understanding client needs, presenting suitable units, negotiating terms, completing the lease, and handing over the unit.
• Follow up on lease contracts and tenants throughout the lease term, ensuring records are updated and all approved policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Monitor rent collection and outstanding payments, and coordinate with the Finance Department to address delayed payments.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and tenant service issues, coordinating with relevant teams until each request is fully resolved.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs, including renewal negotiations, contract completion, unit handover, and preparing vacant units for re-leasing.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A valid FAL Real Estate Brokerage License is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Riyadh’s real estate market and districts.
• Ability to manage multiple tenants and lease contracts simultaneously.
• Valid driving license and access to transportation.
• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Work Setting

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with tenants and various internal departments, operating within a dynamic real estate management environment.
