About the Role

شركة مجموعة عبدالمحسن الرصيص وأبنائه is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Leasing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing and overseeing all aspects of property leasing, tenant relations, and property management operations within the company's portfolio.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise tenant contracts, including tracking start and end dates, rental values, and maintaining comprehensive tenant data such as ID, national address, water account, and electricity meter account details.
• Ensure accurate recording of all tenant and owner accounts within the financial department's accounting software.
• Verify tenant information, including identity, mobile number, and national address.
• Oversee tenant move-out processes and property handover, ensuring the property's condition is thoroughly checked upon departure.

Property Management and Strategy

• Evaluate property rental prices by comparing them to similar properties and submit quarterly reports on market updates and developments.
• Identify and secure tenants for vacant properties, coordinating with various departments to prepare and market properties effectively.
• Develop and present comprehensive property management plans to the management for approval.
• Establish and implement internal and external systems for efficient property management, operation, and maintenance.
• Manage and supervise all company properties, covering both property management and real estate investment aspects.

Tenant Relations and Financial Oversight

• Supervise the collection process and follow up on financial reports in coordination with the finance department.
• Initiate eviction procedures for tenants who violate their lease agreements, are late on payments, or whose contracts have expired.
• Supervise maintenance reports received from the maintenance department.
• Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction and exceed tenant expectations through the services provided by the team.

Team Leadership and Business Growth

• Establish, manage, and evaluate the work team, including the distribution and completion of tasks.
• Work on listing properties and enhancing monthly B2C and B2B returns.
