Real Estate Sales Specialist

About the Role

Benaat Real Estate Company is seeking a Real Estate Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales. The specialist will be responsible for marketing and selling the company's real estate units and projects, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the company's real estate units and projects.
• Attract potential clients and establish professional relationships.
• Follow up with clients and manage sales stages through to deal completion.
• Conduct real estate visits and inspections, presenting suitable offers.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Update client data and sales opportunities within the CRM system.
• Monitor the real estate market, competitors, and pricing trends.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, opportunities, and client interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Saudi nationality is required.
• Preferably possesses an existing client base and professional relationships within Riyadh.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Preferably resides in West Riyadh, specifically Dhahrat Laban and surrounding areas.
• Professional appearance and strong client interaction skills.
• Valid driving license, with car ownership preferred.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a sales team focused on achieving company objectives in the real estate market.
