About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for qualified candidates in Riyadh. This full-time role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, driving candidate outreach, and ensuring timely, compliant hiring decisions with a strong focus on candidate experience.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the full cycle of recruitment for priority positions in Riyadh. This includes ensuring timely hiring outcomes, maintaining high candidate quality and conversion rates, and providing accurate reporting and documentation in compliance with HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
  • Execute recruitment activities specifically for the Riyadh market.
  • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management.
  • Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Achieve weekly targets for sourcing and outreach efforts.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Focus on improving the quality and conversion rate of resume screening.
  • Manage the workflow from resume review to interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Contribute to the optimization of the hiring cycle.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and track performance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Communicate effectively and employ persuasive techniques when necessary.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Apply problem-solving skills and demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience with various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Demonstrated experience in resume screening and interview scheduling.
  • Familiarity with reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with hiring managers.
  • Effective communication and persuasion abilities.
  • A commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HR compliance and documentation.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and adaptability.
  • Ability to consistently meet weekly outreach and timeline targets.
  • 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
