About the Role

Avensys Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for motivated individuals with 0-1 years of experience, including fresh graduates interested in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Role Overview

The Junior Technical & Non-IT Recruiter will support end-to-end recruitment activities. This includes candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and general recruitment administration. The role provides an opportunity to develop skills within a professional talent acquisition environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, various job portals, and internal databases.
• Review job descriptions to identify and assess suitable candidates for open positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to determine qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and support.
• Support offer management procedures and assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
• Aid in the preparation of recruitment reports and ensure accurate maintenance of hiring records.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
