Regional Sales Lead Middle East

About the Role

Disguise is seeking a Regional Sales Lead for the Middle East. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves leading sales efforts in a region with expanding opportunities. The role requires extensive B2B end-to-end sales experience in complex hardware/software solutions within the Middle East giga-project ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a strategic business development plan based on the 2026 strategy to expand the customer base and ensure market presence in the Middle East.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiating complex contracts and closing high-value deals ($250k–$5M+).
• Expand business revenue across key verticals in the region, including Location-Based Experience (LBX), Theme Entertainment, TV/Broadcast, Film, Esports, and Corporate.
• Leverage existing and new System Integrators (SIs) and direct partners to develop fixed-installation and Giga-project opportunities.
• Liaise with and influence key management and stakeholders, building credibility at all levels, including C-suite, Technical Directors, Government Officials, and Senior Principals.
• Partner with Solutions Design, Creative & Professional Services, and Marketing teams to organize demos and targeted campaigns for the fixed-installation market.
• Produce accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and Clari.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen, working with Rev Ops, Legal & Finance teams to manage quotes, SOW documentation, and pricing for end-to-end project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of B2B end-to-end sales experience.
• Experience selling complex hardware/software solutions.
• Demonstrated experience within the Middle East giga-project ecosystem.
