The Role of Solutions Delivery Architect

Iron Mountain is seeking a Solutions Delivery Architect (SDA) to join its Professional Services team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role serves as the design authority for customer solutions delivered by the Professional Services (PS) team within the geographic region. The SDA will collaborate with Solution Architects to validate standardized designs, mentor functional architects and business analysts, and ensure solution integrity throughout the implementation process. This position involves close collaboration with technical pre-sales, the global Enterprise Architecture team, and regional operations, acting as a trusted solution design partner for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the post-sale design journey, from requirements validation through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), acceptance, and handover.
• Ensure designs cover functional, non-functional, security, and operational requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the regional PS team across solution domains, including Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML)-powered automation, custom development, and low-code/no-code configuration and orchestration.
• Maintain solution integrity by assessing and authorizing design changes during implementation.
• Partner with the global Enterprise Architecture team to develop and apply standard reference architectures and design patterns.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
