Automak Automotive is seeking a Rental Sales Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Rental Sales Supervisor will oversee daily rental sales operations, lead the rental sales team, and work to maximize vehicle rental revenue. The role focuses on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily rental sales, achieve monthly targets, and develop new business opportunities.
• Maximize revenue through effective pricing strategies, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Supervise rental sales agents, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and individual customers to generate repeat business.
• Oversee vehicle reservations, rental agreements, vehicle allocation, extensions, returns, and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with fleet and operations teams to ensure vehicle availability and timely preparation based on customer demand.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
• Ensure rental rates, discounts, deposits, and contractual terms comply with approved policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, revenue, reservations, and customer activity.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and recommend service improvements.
• Ensure accuracy of rental agreements, customer documents, payments, and invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with fleet, maintenance, finance, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in rental sales or a related field.
