About the Role
alfanar is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This role involves direct interaction with customers throughout all phases of the showroom sales process. The primary objective is to cultivate strong customer relationships and achieve established sales targets in line with company plans. Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
Customer Engagement Responsibilities
The Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with customers effectively to drive sales and build lasting relationships. Key duties include:
- Providing a warm welcome and meeting customers within the showroom environment.
- Understanding customer needs and delivering clear product presentations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.
- Ensuring consistent and proper follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle.
Showroom Sales and Operational Tasks
This role encompasses various sales and operational tasks essential for achieving targets and ensuring smooth transactions. Responsibilities include:
- Showcasing showroom products to customers effectively.
- Promoting new products to enhance customer awareness.
- Supporting the preparation of quotations tailored to customer needs and specifications.
- Following up with customers diligently until the sales deal is successfully closed.
- Assisting in the process of collecting payments from customers.
- Executing invoicing procedures and monitoring the delivery process.
- Working towards and achieving the annual sales target set by the company.
Internal Coordination and Collaboration
Effective internal collaboration is crucial for the success of this role. The Sales Representative will:
- Interact and coordinate with various internal departments, such as brand management and logistics, as required to facilitate sales and operations.
