Role Overview

The Sales Representative will engage directly with customers throughout all phases of the showroom sales process. The primary objective of this role is to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets in alignment with the company's strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable products effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring proper follow-up.
• Showcase showroom products and promote new offerings to customers.
• Support in preparing quotations based on customer needs and specifications.
• Follow up with customers to facilitate deal closure.
• Assist with customer payments, execute invoicing procedures, and monitor the delivery process.
• Achieve established annual sales targets.
• Coordinate and interact with internal departments, such as brand management and logistics, as required.
