About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking an S&OP Program Manager P UFG Quick Commerce to join the Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) Supply Chain team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suited for a supply chain professional who can innovate and contribute within a fast-paced environment. The S&OP Program Manager acts as a bridge between business and operations teams, ensuring seamless business planning and execution during both peak and off-peak periods.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to maximize customer and seller experience by driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. The position requires strong program management skills and the ability to lead data-driven discussions. The successful candidate will contribute to business growth in constrained environments and enhance existing processes for scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy, aiming to minimize cost and maximize customer/seller experience.
• Support business growth in constrained environments through frugal and innovative solutions.
• Enhance the scalability of existing processes by identifying and implementing available tools and automation.
• Roll out best practices from other geographies and companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
• Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.
• Program manage and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
• Demonstrated experience in Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning, and Inventory Management is preferred.
