Sales Account Executive

About the Role

FedEx is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join its Field Sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for achieving revenue targets by developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and cultivating strong customer relationships within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and business growth targets for the designated territory.
• Identify, develop, and close new profitable business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying incremental business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their specific business needs.
• Recommend suitable FedEx products and services that align with customer requirements.
• Conduct customer visits, prospecting activities, and other sales-related tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Customs, and Finance, to support customer needs and facilitate business growth.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and the full range of FedEx products and services.
• Ensure a high level of customer experience and follow through on all customer requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated commercial mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to effectively manage a sales territory and develop new business.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Field Sales team at FedEx. The role involves working closely with various internal departments to ensure comprehensive customer support and business expansion.
