Join Leylaty Group as a Sales Accountant!
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales and event-related financial records. Your key contributions will include reviewing and verifying quotations, preparing and issuing contracts, monitoring payment schedules, recording transactions, and issuing compliant tax invoices. You will collaborate closely with finance and sales teams to streamline billing, reporting, and revenue recognition processes.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate sales offers and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor event payment schedules to ensure timely collections.
  • Record and reconcile daily sales transactions across channels.
  • Prepare sales, profitability, and variance reports.
  • Issue tax invoices in line with applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to enhance processes.
  • Assist in closing activities and maintain financial records in accordance with accounting standards.

Work Environment & Authority:
This is a 100% office-based role, operating 5 days per week (events-based). As a Sales Accountant, you will oversee an annual financial volume ranging from SAR 25M to 75M.

Position Objective

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development, DAX basics, data modelling).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder projects is preferred.
  • Power BI dashboarding and data visualization.
  • Project coordination and PMO support.
  • Data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Power BI certification or Microsoft Data Analyst Associate (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with ICT industry is an advantage.
