Richemont is seeking a Sales Associate for a full-time position in Riyadh. The Piaget Maison, founded in 1874 by Georges-Edouard Piaget, specializes in watchmaking and jewelry creations. Piaget maintains a global presence and a network of client support and retail professionals who embody the brand's heritage.

Role Overview

The Sales Associate will manage a designated sales channel, such as direct, online, or retail sales. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives, identifying new opportunities, and monitoring performance to achieve sales targets. The associate will also manage relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts, and provide necessary training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts, identifying and building relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Set clear objectives for sales calls, deliver tailored presentations, gather and analyze information, and secure agreement on customer requirements.
• Cultivate a professional network within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events to gather market intelligence and enhance visibility.
• Configure complex product and service solutions and associated contractual terms that meet customer needs, incorporating input from internal specialists.
• Present solutions to customer representatives, negotiate agreements within commercial parameters, and review or authorize sales proposals from team members.
• Manage and deliver pricing and terms projects, including negotiations with external strategic partners.
• Control specific segments of the organization's business performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service-level agreements, planning and supervising activities related to major contracts.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system within the area of responsibility, identifying opportunities for system improvement.
• Implement and control compliance management for specific segments of the organization's external partners.
• Develop product education courses to meet identified needs and improve business performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management, maintaining external accreditations and an in-depth understanding of industry best practices.
• Ensure all activities comply with the company's diversity and inclusion guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's Degree or an equivalent level of education.
• Over 10 years of extensive experience, enabling independent handling of most situations and providing guidance to others.
• Experience in the general supervision of more junior colleagues.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring engagement with various sales channels and external partners.
